Each month inside Burn Club, members take on a theme and burn it their way. There are no rules about technique, no skill level requirements — just a theme, a deadline, and a community of people showing up to make something.

July's theme was FINE LINES.

and the winner is…

Julie!! (@argosy_girl)

This was a challenge full of firsts for Julie: her first time working with maple, her first time using two new nibs, and technically her second attempt at the cribbage board itself.

The final piece is a full reef scene, a lionfish, anemones, coral, and swaying kelp, worked in careful, fine line detail across the top of the board. She made it for her sister and her husband, who just took up scuba diving and share her love of cribbage.
