Each month inside Burn Club, members take on a theme and burn it their way. There are no rules about technique, no skill level requirements — just a theme, a deadline, and a community of people showing up to make something.

June's theme was TREE.

and the winner is…

Sandra of @SandrasalemaRT

Sandra opened up her process for this one, bringing members in to help with font choices, design ideas, and finishing techniques, and the result shows just how much care went into it.

The final piece is a tree with a deep root system burned into the base, paired with the words 'A well-lived life leaves deep roots.' Sandra brought so much life to the tree itself, the layering and shading give it real depth and dimension, like it's practically growing off the wood.

For her prize, Sandra chose full access to The Pyrography + Business Summit Recordings!!

Beyond pyrography, Sandra is a multi-media artist who works across clay, oil paint, coloured pencil, digital art and more to create pieces that are just as detailed and expressive as her wood burning. Find Sandra’s work here:
