Each month inside Burn Club we run a Burn Challenge: BC+ members pick a single word, and everyone is invited to interpret it in their own way, in any style, any level, any tool.
This time the word was “SYMMETRY”
For this prompt, we asked you to lean into balance, repetition, and that satisfying feeling you get when a design clicks perfectly into place.
and the winner is…
Sinders (@LittleMissLou)
Sinders delivered SYMMETRY with a radial symmetry piece inspired by where they live, right by the sea in the UK. Their design feels coastal in the best way. A circle of little fish swims around the outer ring, evenly spaced like a living border. Between them, you can spot sea inspired details like shells, bubbles, and small ocean motifs that keep your eye moving around the piece without ever feeling busy. The centre has a clean, floral style core with layered shapes and dots that pull everything inward and make the whole pattern feel anchored.
To celebrate, Sinders is receiving all three Digital editions of
the Community Book of Templates.
