We will have new burners, different nibs, surfaces and mediums to try. There will be classes on growing your business, classes on selling online and in person, discussion groups, Instagram help, collaboration opportunities, sponsorships, prizes, and free-burn sessions with plenty of materials to burn on. It’s pyrography heaven.
We will all learn, grow, and burn together. I will be there personally sharing all of my knowledge and experience I’ve gained in wood burning and business and won’t be holding any of that information back and I hope you come with the same willingness to share. This is how we will all grow. #communityovercompetition

We will be in A BEAUTIFUL home in Castro Valley. It is located in the East Bay just 45 minutes from San Francisco, and 20 minutes from the Oakland Airport.
This Burn Club Retreat will be an open, safe, and judgment free space. Drink or don’t drink. Burn or watch. This retreat will be a safe place for ALL and a place where community can continue to build and friendships can continue to solidify.

Located in Castro Valley, California, this beautiful house is in a gorgeous wooded setting, just 45 minutes from San Francisco.
I want this to be a fun vacation for you, where you also walk away with so much knowledge to help grow your business. I really want this to be a place where we get to know each other while digging into all the nitty gritty details of how to make you and your business thrive.
We will begin Thursday (July 23) in the morning with a loose schedule to allow for people to arrive. Friday and Saturday will be full days of pure awesomeness, and Sunday (July 26) we will have one last big breakfast together before we all part ways at 10:30 am.

What does the retreat cost?
You pay $1750 for around 20 classes over 3 and a half days with hands-on workshops, freebies, sponsorships, collaboration opportunities, room and board, delicious food and drinks, wood burning and art supplies on hand for your use, and an opportunity to be surrounded by like-minded burn buddies to chat and ask/answer all the burning questions. (see what I did there?) All you have to do is get yourself out to the house in California!
That may seem like a lot of money, but let me break this down for you. You get:
Around 20 classes specifically geared towards wood burning artists - Valued at $2,000
Hands on Workshops - Materials included - Valued at $500
Unlimited Art Supplies/Tools - Available for your use the entire time - Valued at $400
Food and Drinks - Catered to your dietary restrictions and preferences - Valued at $300
Housing - Valued at $500

There are only 11 slots available for the house.
This year we have an additional 3 spots available if you would like to stay elsewhere. If you are staying elsewhere, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue each day.

Sign ups will begin 7am PST SHARP on February 4th.
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot for this epic Burn Club Retreat!

The remaining amounts will be collected in three installments.
$550 due Feb 10th, $550 due March 10th, and $550 due May 10th.
All attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the venue, but we will offer assistance if we can.
